Little Box of Horrors Shop is unable to accept returns, cancel orders and or process refunds for any beauty or bath products. Its a first come first serve and purchase at your own risk.


When should I expect my package to be shipped?

Store sale is monthly and closes on the 30th of the month. Shipping for pre-orders is to be expected to begin 3-4 weeks after the store closes. This gives time for makers to create their products and ship them out to LBH headquarters. Once all items are received for the store and your order, then shipping starts getting processed. Orders usually start getting shipped on the 15th of the following month.

Combined shipping and multiple orders?

Multiple orders in the same store release will be combined and shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly. Each multiple order will be charged a $1.00.

I only have 1 item can I hold this item to be shipped out the next month when I order? 

Yes! When you are adding to your cart please make sure to select **Order Hold Over** product in the shop listing. This will appear on your packing list to let us know you want this current order held till the next store release. This is a courtesy and you will not be charged for this option. This is not the same as Combined Orders for the current month!!

I live internationally. What do I do if my order hasn't updated since it left the US or it is stuck at customs?

Once the package leaves the US, we cannot track it further. When shipping internationally, there are times when packages take a bit longer or get stuck at customs. All we can do is wait.

Due to changes in UK regulations we are not currently shipping to the United Kingdom. 

 
I live in the US. What do I do if my package shows it was delivered but I didn't receive it?

When a package gets lost or scanned wrong by USPS there is nothing that we can do. We highly suggest going to your local post office and asking for assistance. If they claim the package is lost, there is a missing package form that you can fill out for USPS as well.


I received my order and there is a missing item, broken item, and or wrong item in package?

Accidents happen. Please take a picture and email cslbh20@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct the situation.
