Description: A pink base that glows in the dark white with red moons, pink square, moons and lighting bolts.
For glow in the dark polishes:
Use UV light for best results. **1000 lumes was used to test.
Please shake bottle before use, glow pigment can sink.
Brightness is most intense in the first 10 minutes and gradually fades over a period of hours.
