Shipping policy

LBH is a pre-order format. Store sale is monthly and closes on the 30th of the month. Shipping for pre-orders is to be expected to begin 3-4 weeks after the store closes. This gives time for Makers to create their products and ship them out to LBH headquarters. Product from Makers must be post-marked by the 13th. Once all items are received for the store and your order, then shipping starts. 

Shipping will start on the 18th of the following month. Shipping runs Monday through Friday. Estimated 18-21 business days AFTER store closes. If there are any delays with receiving product from Makers, customers will be notified via email, IG and the FB group. Orders are processed by date then product inventory. There is no set order. If you placed your order within minutes of the store opening that doesn't dictate shipping times. Your order will be processed once all the items are here at headquarters. 

Once your label is printed you will receive an email for your tracking. Please give it up to 48 hrs to update in the USPS system. We have noticed that there have been significant delays within the USPS system. If you have not received a shipping email by the 1st of the following month please reach out to inquire about your order. Emails are answered within 2-3 days.
