Shipping Updates

Hello LBH Family,

I want to give everyone an update on June orders. We are currently running a week behind. As many of you know I had to take some time for family and was out of town. Coming back and setting up our new 3rd party ship application has been a massive struggle for me. Just trying to incorporate a new system and transfer shopify info to be able to print hazmat labels. Shopify does not allow Hazmat labels.

We are using Ship Station and they will only allow me to transfer so many for past orders. All hold overs going back months ago need to be done by hand. Creating a new order and closing out what has been packed, adding in the new tracking and so forth.

Any april or may items that I have forgotten to send will go out with june orders! I sincerely apologize for this delay. I had no idea it would be so time consuming and so many steps to just print one label.

Just today we were finally approved to up the limit for our labels from our starting cap of 25$ :( Going forward with Ship Station it will automatically find your numerous orders and combine them together. This is great considering shopify doesn't have this option. This will save on mistakes in the future.

8/10-ALL orders have been printed! I have pick ups for today, tomo and wed. PLease give it a few days to update. By friday all orders should show tracking updates. If you do not see any movement please email! Again I sincerely appreciate your patience. July orders will start to ship on the 18th through the 30th.
