Shipping Updates

6/18-Hi there! I'm making a quick note here to update progress, I will then also send out an email after I finish loading the store for wishlist. 

I want to mention this again..Paradox Polish sent out all their Pride polishes out from the LBH California location so everyone would get it early to celebrate! The rest of May orders will go out as normal. We will start the ship process this week till the 30th.

All Lopes polishes from April that were stuck in customs were returned to Brazil. This morning FedEx finally delivered them! Anyone missing their Lopes polishes from April these will start shipping with May! 

Any orders that had items missing with a note on your packing slip, those are also here and will start to ship with May 

I'm terribly sorry for the delays. 

I am loading the store now for wishlisting tomorrow. 

I will pack some orders tonight after I have finished loading. Please note these will be dropped off Saturday, since tomorrow is a holiday the Post Offices are closed. 

Any questions please email me. I have been answering all emails as they come in so I can keep everything up to date. I have had a few say that they have emailed a few times with no response. Our time to answer emails is 24 to 48 hrs. I have been answering them as soon as they come in so if they haven't been answered within the 48hr time frame please send me a message on messenger so I can help you. I'm not sure if GMail is wonky lately? I don't want anyone to think they are being ignored. 

Shipping will begin this weekend, I will have our normal ship thread update here in the group which you can find in the feature tab & I will also post the same updates on the LBH website. You can also access this when we are closed. 

Thank you so much for hanging in there with us when we have these issues with customs, Postal service & my own mistakes. I always try to be as transparent as possible while I am packing and getting things out.

6/16-Hi there! There seems to be a bit of confusion with orders containing the pride polish from Paradox Tamara. Paradox decided to send out her pide polish from LBH's California location so that you received your polish before Pride festivities began. She did make an announcement.

Anyone who ordered the paradox pride from May shop and had other items.. Those other items will be sent during normal May shipping. Which I'm getting ready to start on! 

There's nothing wrong with your order, Polish isn't missing and I didn't forget to add your items :) 

Just a small courtesy so you can celebrate with your polish!
