Inspiration: All things cotton candy, especially at Halloween!
Description: A cloud of spun sugar captured in a bottle. Cotton Candy is a dreamy blue polish that flashes pink shift as it moves, with a playful glow-in-the-dark surprise when the lights go out. And because apparently looking like cotton candy wasn't enough, we added a soft, mild cotton candy scent to complete the experience.
